1. Services

jujudesigned provides web design services including complete web projects, e-commerce design, brand systems, landing pages, and UX mapping. All services are delivered digitally.

2. Orders

Orders are placed through our website and processed via Stripe. An order is confirmed upon successful payment.

3. Delivery

All deliverables are provided digitally. Timelines begin upon receipt of required client materials.

4. Client obligations

Clients must provide accurate brief materials and respond to feedback requests within the agreed timeframe.

5. Intellectual property

All final deliverables become client property upon full payment. jujudesigned retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Santo Tirso, Portugal.
