Quinta da Neiva: brand identity, website, and wine shop

A Minho wine estate with excellent product but no digital presence to match. We built the brand and the online shop from the ground up.

Quinta da Neiva produces small-batch wines in the Vinho Verde region and had been selling exclusively through distributors. The brief was clear: build something that lets the story and the product do the speaking. We designed a full visual identity rooted in the geography of the estate, a bilingual website with direct booking capability for tastings, and an e-commerce store for direct wine sales. Online revenue in the first year exceeded distributor revenue for the first time.

Porto Tech Hub: website redesign and membership platform

The Hub had 400 members and a website that looked like it had 40. A full redesign to match where the community had actually arrived.

Porto Tech Hub is one of the main tech community spaces in northern Portugal. The old website communicated nothing about the quality of the events, the calibre of the members, or the range of facilities. We redesigned the full site, created a members portal with event registration, and documented the design system so the Hub team can maintain it independently.

Saudade Studio: brand and e-commerce for handmade ceramics

A Porto ceramics studio selling at markets needed an online shop that kept the handmade feeling without looking amateur.

Saudade Studio makes traditional-inspired Portuguese ceramics with a contemporary edge. The challenge was to build an e-commerce platform that felt as considered as the objects themselves. We created a minimal brand system using traditional tile patterns as a reference point, a Shopify store with custom theme, and photography direction for product listing. Average order value increased 60% compared to market stall sales.
